Biography

PhD & MPhil, The Graduate Center of the City University of New York and The New York Botanical Garden
BA & AA, Bard College at Simon’s Rock

Dr. McClelland was The New York Botanical Garden’s National Science Foundation funded Planetary Biodiversity Inventory: Solanum graduate fellow. Before returning to Simon’s Rock as a faculty member, he taught at Baruch College, Lehman College, the College of Mount St. Vincent, and The New York Botanical Garden’s Adult Education program and the NYBG School of Professional Horticulture. He started teaching at Simon's Rock in 2016.
